Monica Smith, HIV/AIDS Early Intervention Consultant for the Florida Department of Health, gave Outreach Community Care Network high praise in a memo in which she suggested that recipients of OraSure Collection Devices throughout the state use Outreach Community Care Network's protocol "to model your own in-house policy". She included a copy of the protocol with the memo.
